about me
I am just a thirty-something girl still trying to change her stars.
I started this little adventure in late 2019 after some encouraging words about a painting, requests from supportive friends, and of course some amazing colleagues who purchased my first calendar. This little hobby of mine is always evolving, and I am so thankful for each and every person who has offered their tips and support. Please let me know how I can improve, or if you have any ideas. Click around, follow me on instagram, send me a message, and have a wonderful day!

digital works
I mostly draw on my iPad in the Procreate App or on my laptop in the Adobe suite of programs. I am still learning, but am really happy with some of the new techniques I have discovered.
I paint as well, but those projects are a little more difficult to get going and to find the space for. I sell reproductions of my works on print-on-demand products via Redbubble (shop: SkyRose2018 and the button below will take you there!), Society6 (shop: skyrose), and Etsy (shop: eeliseart). Maybe one day I will be able to figure out how to get it all over here... Most of the items here are fulfilled through Printify. Thank you for your support! Maybe one day I can do it all here!

fundraising
During the COVID-lockdown I started drawing more... apparently I was really missing the beach because I drew a bunch of marine mammals. The posts got the attention of the Marine Mammal Care Center Los Angeles who then asked if I would like to create a design for their fundraiser. I coudn't believe it was real! The fundraiser was a lot of fun, a few shirts were sold, and now I know a little bit more about this amazing organization. In 2021 I created my first marine life calendar and donated the proceeds... and in 2022 we are doing it again. I am so excited to get to help them save seals and sea lions along Los Angeles beaches. Thank you for your help as well!
